Simplify Simplify Simplify!

Dear friends,

Henry David Thoreau, once wrote to his teacher, Ralph Waldo Emerson.... "Simplify, simplify, simplify." Emerson wrote back, "Don't you think one 'simplify' is enough?"

Life is starting to settle down again, as I grow accustomed to all of this change whirling around me. I know, in my heart, I have done all I possibly could to salvage my marriage. And, Bhaktirose and I are still remaining friends.

Portland is my Walden Pond. My goal is all about simplifying and getting back to my roots. After selling the Mustang, I found a snazzy little '96 Subaru wagon with only 93,000 miles on it for a very good price. It's a little dinged up, but in very solid mechanical condition. I was driving into the sunset the other day, the dogs curled up in the back, feeling a wonderful joy and freedom. Familiar feelings, yet new, never before discovered.

I've been on an emotional roller coaster and clinging on for dear life. Now, I'm feeling I can let go of the bar, raise my arms in the air and scream out to the world... I'm alive!!
