An appointment with Hamid is unrushed, allowing you to share your body's story. We create a safe, sacred space to discover, to play, to move, to talk, to unwind. Bodywork sessions may include standing bodywork, seaed positioning, mat work, along with table work. With multi-complex chronic pain and trauma, the first session may involve more talk than bodywork.
60 and 90 minute sessions are available. Please bring clothing suitable for stretching and movement.
We don't look for the quick fix. This is bodywork best experienced in an individualized series, with sessions 1-2 weeks apart. This allows time for the nervous system to integrate global, tensional shifts in body. We are amazing, complex critters!

Sliding-scale
A sliding-scale is available to those in financial need and dedicated to at least one session per month). Please ask! Folks that have the means are asked to pay my full-rate so I might offer affordable, effective services to anyone in need. Seriously, if you're in pain, let's do some bodywork!

Monday - Thursday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
Saturday: 1:00 pm - 6:00 pm

Accepted Payment
Hamid accepts cash, local check and major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard, Discover or American Express). Credit card payments are processed through Square. Receipts are sent via e-mail. HSA cards are accepted.
Insurance billing for MVA's are available with a prescription and diagnosis codes from your primary care physician.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, please contact Hamid as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment. A missed appointment will void a gift certificate or a session from a discounted massage series or monthly bodywork subscription.
