An appointment with Hamid is unrushed, allowing you to share your body's story. We create a safe, sacred space to discover, to play, to move, to talk, to unwind. A session runs about 75-90+ minutes long. Sessions may include standing, sitting client positioning, along with table work. With multi-complex pain and traumatic patterns, the first session may involve more talk than bodywork.
Massage therapy and Bodywork Rates
In-office session: $90
Outcalls: $100 + travel expenses if out of town
We don't look for the quick fix. This is bodywork best experienced in an individualized series, with sessions 1-2 weeks apart. This allows time for integration of global shifts in the tensional patterns of the body.

Sliding-scale
A sliding-scale is available to a limited number of participants, if commited to receiving bodywork more than once a month. Those living with cancer and survivors of trauma will be offered the most flexible payment options. Please check with Hamid to see if there are any sliding-scale openings.

Monday - Friday: 11:00 am - 8:00 pm
Saturday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Accepted Payment
Hamid accepts cash, local check and major credit cards (Visa and Mastercard, Discover or American Express). Credit card payments are processed through Squareup. Receipts are sent via e-mail. HSA cards are accepted. Insurance billing for MVA's are available with a prescription and diagnosis codes from your primary care physician.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, please contact Hamid as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment. Missed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. A missed appointment will void a gift certificate or prepaid bodywork series session.
