Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, please contact Hamid as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment. Missed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee of $50. A missed appointment will void a gift certificate or massage package session.

Gift Certificate Policy

Massage therapy & bodywork gift certificates expire 1 year beyond purchase date. Massage gift certificates ship via first class U.S. mail and will generally arrive approximately three (3) business days after being processed and shipped. Please print the receipt for your records. Gift certificate sales are final and are not redeemable for cash nor can be returned for a refund. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of the session or payment will be required.
