Gift Certificate Policy

Massage therapy & bodywork gift certificates are valid at both the Portland, Oregon and Gresham, Oregon offices and expire 120 days (4 months) beyond purchase date. Expired gift certificates can serve as a coupon, redeemedable for $25 off the regular price of a massage session of the same length, as indicated on the gift certificate. Massage gift certificates ship via first class U.S. mail and will generally arrive approximately three (3) business days after being processed and shipped. There is a $5 shipping, handling and processing fee for each order ($10 for orders over $250). Please print the receipt for your records. Gift certificate sales are final and are not redeemable for cash nor can be returned for a refund. Gift certificates must be presented at the time of the session or payment will be required.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be cancelled 24 hours in advance. In the case of an emergency, please contact Hamid as soon as possible to reschedule the appointment. Missed appointments will be charged a cancellation fee (50% of the scheduled session price). If you are redeeming a gift certificate, a missed appointment will void the gift certificate.
